Well, according to my log, it looks like it's been just over 6 months since my last SF workout. I decided to try some different stuff a while back (read: I'll just work out without following any type of structured plan) and, turns out, if I don't have a plan I'm following I just don't exercise at a level of intensity that does me much good. So I've decided to dust of my SF workout log and give it another go.
I was at a pretty solid level 7 last time, so I decided to drop down a couple of levels and work my way back up. I just got done with the level 5 day 1 workout and managed to get in 20 rounds. I got a little out of sync at one point, so it's possible I did as many as 22 rounds, but I'm happy with logging 20. I forgot how miserable day 1 was
I see some familiar names in the boards...good to know some of you are still around, and I see some new names as well, so I'm looking forward to reading through your logs.
