First time back in awhile!

Well Im back after few yrs away! Level 1 day 1 29 rounds not bad considering I also did the Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 Bench press program. Currently doing the 5/3/1 program, This and Krav Maga cpl times!

Well IDK right off hand.. I look and feel Better than I did back then. Ive taken a different approach. I just want to be awesome. Ive embraced being big and strong as long as I am Healthy, Productive and functioning. Started this back up to help me fill that gap between The strength training and the Krav Maga. But thank you so much for the welcome!!!

Day 2 lvl 1, Preceeded by 5/3/1 on Squats . Finished in 3:41.

First week had went well. Finished day 3 lvl 1 30 body rows, 21 push ups and 21 squats!

great (re)start. Being awesome is a nice goal.
