D1: 25 rounds

Jogged 2 miles in about 25 minutes.
I'll probably be replacing the pull-ups with dips using a chair until I can get a proper pull-up bar. I'm worried I might eventually damage the door if I keep doing the pull-ups the same way.

Two problems with that...
1. Only tree we have has branches that are too high
2. And the weather at this time of year is very... wishy-washy. Beginning of last week was 70 and sunny; Friday was cold and spitting snow. In between was rainy and miserable. I don't mind working out outside, but it seriously hinders my motivation when it's crappy weather.
I have an exposed i-beam in my garage I could use, but I need to use a stepladder to reach it. I'll try using it tomorrow, though, and see how it goes.

The girder is flush with the ceiling, so I can't simply toss a rope over it. I'll look into maybe using some C-clamps to attach ropes and rings to it.
Did L1D2 today. Couldn't quite get all the pull-ups without sometimes putting my foot back on the ladder and pushing off a bit.

Finished my first week's workout... (And there was must rejoicing!)
Even though Days 2 and 3 were under 5 minutes, I'm planning to stay on the same level for another week or two. Despite walking a pretty good amount, I'm still very sore from the workouts. When I can do most of the pull-ups without resorting to needing to do them assisted, I'll move up a level.

If you're wondering why week 2's D1 was so bad compared to week 1...
I did the pull-ups using the I-beam/girder in my garage, so I wasn't assiting as much as last week. Also, I messed up the previous week by doing one rep of each exercise instead of 1-2-2. Oops...
Pull-ups are still the only thing really kicking my butt right now. The push-ups were getting tough towards the end, but the squats never really bothered me.

Considering that I just did the D2L2 workout in 2:27 not including the rest times, I think I'll be moving to level 3 next week. I did all the pull-ups using an overhand grip while kipping on only a couple of them. Woot! :D
Including rest the total was 10:27. I only rest 2 minutes between rounds. 3 minutes gets to be way too boring to wait.
