That's a great start! You should be well into level 4, maybe even 5. You rocked the first 3 levels, pretty soon you'll find the level that will start rocking you.
Until Simplefit becomes an Olympic event, everyone gets to do it however they want. Still, just FYI, the norm for D3 is to do all of the pull-ups, then all of the push-ups, and then the squats. Each of the exercises gets broken up into whatever sets and whatever rests are necessary to get through. Super-sets are for D1 and D2. Pushing the muscles through the cool-down phases (and shortening those rests) is a big part of the D3 workout.
