Until Simplefit becomes an Olympic event, everyone gets to do it however they want. Still, just FYI, the norm for D3 is to do all of the pull-ups, then all of the push-ups, and then the squats. Each of the exercises gets broken up into whatever sets and whatever rests are necessary to get through. Super-sets are for D1 and D2. Pushing the muscles through the cool-down phases (and shortening those rests) is a big part of the D3 workout.
