Re: Rosencrantz1's log
I know what you mean when you posted about the hardest part is getting started, especially day 1. I don't ever regret doing it, so it is a valuable mental exercise as well. I looked long and hard at the Convict Conditioning. I eventually decided that, in true "convict" fashion, I was not going to pay for something I could get for free. S/F really hits the overall conditioning in an efficient manner. I don't know if CC will do that. You must be doing something right.

Re: Rosencrantz1's log
Ease-up week: L3, D1 - 54 rounds. 3-round improvement over my last crack at L3, D1, and 10 rounds better over my first time doing L3, D1.
Re: Rosencrantz1's log
The fact that it's even possible to do 54 rounds of L3D1 in 20 minutes blows my mind o_0

Hehe, thanks Mr. Howl. I basically don't take any rest - just keep going and going.

And today was L3, D2 - 2:49 total (37, 34, 33, 33, 32) with a strict three-minute rest between.

L3, D3 - 1:32. :06 better than last time at L3.
So, I think my SimpleFit journey is coming to an end, at least for a little while. I've picked up Convict Conditioning, and am going to get underway with that program for a while. More than anything, I feel ready for the mental shift a new program brings.
Thanks to everyone here - it's been a fun community to be part of, and I wish you all the best on your SimpleFit journeys!
