I'm actually modifying my workouts... not directly following the simplefit routine. So basically i'm combining simplefit w/ a convict conditioning routine. Basically I'm staying at L4 and when I beat L4 im stepping up to an exercise variant that is one level harder. For example, going from standard push up motion to "diamond style" (or something like that) and going from chin ups to neutral (palms facing each other) pullups. I also am using the pullup bar to notch the push up levels as well.
I've also modified D2 to be a bit more "strength" by adding an extra chin up and subtracting a few push ups. We'll see how this works out... I'll keep you all posted!.
