Good call on starting from square one, I know it gave me a good foundation after a hiatus. Thanks for your post on my log, when L7 comes I'm sure to be there quite a while.

L2D2 / untimed -- pulls were tough, but did them ; push Round 1 --6,2, Round 2 --6,2,Rest of rounds --8,8,8 ; squats are good. Took 2 minute rest between rounds. See how Day 3 goes tomorrow. Strength seems to be improving somewhat.
L2D3 / 6:30

That's solid work. Keep at it and you'll see the improvements pretty quickly.
