one of the coolest things about simplefit and functional fitness in general is that they make you good at sports you have never done before

And just like that, he can juggle!

I'm not sure. Right now I am taking a break with the stomach bug that's been going around here.

I am considering getting local persons to do crossfit stuff with me and am cooking the idea of future crossfit affiliation. As I entertain the reality of that, I recognize that I need to get on the learning curve there. I will most likely post my scaled workouts on the crossfit site or blog them myself (good practice for the required website for affiliation).

I am currently combining the crossfit warmup and the 12 week beginning program which focuses on basic lifts.

VBM, nice work on the blog. Looks like a good transition program. I'll have to keep an eye on what you're doing, 'cause I'll be in the same boat soon. Maybe a month or so?

Hey vbm..

Nice blog.. :) have been thinking of that same type of combination between the 12 week crossfit startup program and simplefit..

I thinking of buying a 5 ft olympic bar and some plates.. hoping the bar will fit in the back of my car so I can train the lifts out in the forest..

And Kevin I think a simplefit affiliate program would be a good idea.. It already got the basic of a great program..
