I have been doing Crossfit now since January. I got on the Zone Diet in April. I now weigh 210, down from 250ish. I got certified as a CF L1 trainer. I 've been training a couple of guys in my carport. For fun, I tried L1D1 with them.
I did L1D1 - 40 rounds! Full pullups.
