My watch has a forwards runnign stopwatch and a backwards running stopwiatch. I start the backwards one and let it go, and start and stop the forwards running one to time my Day 2 stuff. When I finish a round, I pull up the backwards count and subjtract 3 minutes from that and jot the tiem down on the wall so I know when to start again.

And then when I run, I have to recalculate how to swap back and forth between running and walking so that I do all the time that I'm supposed to.

And then, we're obsessed with distances ran, repititions completed, time expended, calories burned, and pounds lost. I'm just sayin, there sure seems to be a lot of math. :)

Doing GTG for pullups again to get ready to start up after an 8-day hiatus.

Pullup slow up slow down. One pullup every hour or so - all day.

Thanks!

Got a few pullups? I saw that - like a dam has broken, isn't it?

Yeh, I'm all fired up now.

My only problem is that my workplace gym has absolutely nowhere to do pull-ups. A lot of stupid machines, but no pull-up bar. As long as the weather's ok the garden or the nearby schoolyard works well, but when it starts to snow I need to find somewhere indoors. Might be time to start looking at those doorway bars.

I use the door gym exclusively - because it's good and because I haven't had the will to construct an outdoor one (highs over 100 for a week and forecast for the next). There's a link on the products page.

L2D3
9:08

Pullups:
3 - 30s rest
1 - 30s rest
2 - 30s rest
2 - 30s rest
2 - 1m rest
1 - 1m rest
2
Pushups:
10 - 30s rest
10 - 1m rest
6
Squats:
26

Total - rest = 9:08 - 5:30 = 3:38 equivalent to last L2D3 with 2 minutes less rest time.

Great work! Very smart use of rest intervals, there is allot to be done with them so keep experimenting.

Thanks Kevin.

Until I get to where I can do high volume - level 6 or so - it will always be the rest time that holds me back . The movements at a steady pace can't take more than 5 minutes (IMHO).
