First of all, i have to congratulate the creator of this website...i was reading about Crossfit workouts for the last couple of months but couldn´t find a way to start from the bottom.
I´m 31 years old and in the last couple of months because of stress related factors i´ve reached 231 lbs ( i´m 5ft 7)...
Well after this short intro..straight to the workouts.
Week 1 -
April 16 L1 - D1 ----> 22 rep (with a lot of pauses and of course without being able to do a proper pull up, so just jumped up the bar doing chin ups and slowly fell down)
April 18 L1 - D2 ---> 16m 33 s
also trying to walk further and further every day.....
