Yeah good stuff, I like Fran and Diane but sub in hs push ups or inverted pull ups.

The pullups were really tough. I felt slow getting starting too. i think i'll run a 5k tonight

Thanks Kevin. I think part of the problem is the setup i am using for the pullups. it makes it difficult to kip. I am going to spend some time over the weekend designing a new one. I am going to use pipe instead of wood, that should give it the rigidity that i need as well as allow me to make dip bars as well. Its a win/win
After that workout last night, i went in and did plances with my knees on my elbows. I held it for a good amount of time, should have timed it but my wife was watching me and couldn't believe how long i held that position for, ahh the benefits

Cool, I was actually thinking of adding an optional challenges/skills page including suff like planks, bridges l-sits hand stands planche and lever progressions. Sill mulling it over.

I setup a new pull up bar. I jung it from the ceiling. wow it was so much better plus i felt more secure.

I did a 2 mile run last night 18:10. It was a little more than 2 miles. That is a decent time considering i haven't done more than 400 meters in a row since 9/06.
I only see that time getting better

Back to L1D1 tonight. I really went at it and pushed myself to the end, well worth it i'd say.
as rx'd 40 rounds. thats 10 more than 4 weeks ago

L1D2 as rx'd with 3 minute rests between rounds: 2:27
I just checked my previous L1D2 and it was 3:16
that is a 49 second improvement

that is 26 sec faster than the first time i did this. I was able to do 6 pullups in a row, which is a first
