I have had to take the last couple of days off, (Mon Tues) as I aggravated my shoulder playing hockey Sunday night. I have been doing the ice and heat thing and stretching and small excercises, but i needed to do something last night.

did 10 x 100m runs

Farely decent workout for me. By the last 2 runs, i could feel it in my hamstrings.

Now i need to fing something to do tonight that doesn't involve too much shoulder work. Maybe i'll just go for a 5k run

Tabata squats would have been the death of me last night.

I went to do the WOD from xfit :shock:

5 rounds for time
400 meter run
30 thrusters with 65#

I knew i was in trouble after the first set, but i thought i could get it done. First round 6 minutes, second round about 7 minutes and started the run on the 3rd round and got 1/2 way through it and my legs just stopped!

So instead of totally killing myself, i stopped. I am putting in 14 minutes for this and my hammies are sore as carp, but a good sore, they haven't felt this way ever and i love it. Today is going to be a total rest day for me. I was contemplating playing hockey tonight, but i am not.

Waiting with bated breath for Saturdays WOD :D

15 rounds of L1D1, no time. Want to get through 20 rounds of L1D1 before starting to time again.

30 knees to elbows. Hoping to get in a 20-30 mile ride a little later

still at it, have been doing l1d1 and just adding an additional 5 rounds. today i did 30 rounds in 16 minutes. I want to be able to get through a full 20 minutes before moving on. I don;t want to go try and take the whole thing on just yet. my shoulder is actually feeling really good, for the first time in a long time and i don;t want to have a set back

did the following today
before each round 4oom run
knees to elbow
45 lb cleans
25lb kettle bell swings

28 minutes and man did it feel good. Looks like tomorrow is a rest day
