Cool! I'd imagine SF is a great way to get in shape for something like the Tough Mudder.

Tough Mudder, thats awesome! I started SF because I signed up for a Warrior Dash, but you're way more hard-core than I am cause I cant (and never want to)run that far. Mine's in May, so if you want I'll let you know how well SF prepared me for the obstacles.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the Tough Mudder would kill me. I'm planning on doing the Merrell Down & Dirty Mud Run in October, so that's my SF motivation right now. Let us know how the Warrior Dash works out for you!

Looks like you are in great shape for the TM, as long as your running and cardio is in gear!
