I thought keeping this log might help me stay on track, so here we go:
38 years old
78 kilos / 172 pounds
184 cm / 6.04
A year ago I started P90X. I did 60 days and then had to quit due to a lung infection. But in those 60 days I did managed to lose 9 kilos/ 20 pounds, improve strength and gain some muscle. Over the next months I gained a few pounds but generally watched my (conventional) diet.
Then in October I switched to a paleo diet, and since then I have lost 4 kilos / 9 pounds. So my weight is where I want it and I feel great, sleep very well and enjoy not having to eat all the time to keep my blood sugar up. However, I miss exercising, so I was thrilled when I stumpled upon a reference to SimpleFit on Marks Daily Apple.
My goal is to gain some muscle, get better definition and to improve my general health.

Started at level 1 and completed 42 rounds maintaining good form all the way. Never thought pushups would turn out to be my weak point. Looking forward to D2.
