this is my 1st week now on the simple fit plan and this is a great workout i started off on round 1 to get started as i wasent sure where my fitness level was so thought start at bottom and work up progressing slowly and steadaly
weight roughly 10 1/2 stone
day 1 20 rounds
day 2 4.59
day 3 5.30
well day 1 i breezed found that easyier than day 3 anyways but still a good challange this is still only my 1st week but i am enjoying the program so far i aint working towards no goal just doing this to get into shape and add alittle more muscle definition.
