I've heard of SF and am excited to begin it this week. I have been eating vegan for over 2 months and dropped 30 pounds, but at 5'8 and 226 I have more work to do. I plan to do the 3 days/week of SF but have always heard HIIT is great to incorporate. I'm considering adding in 2-3 days of HIIT/week in addition to SF, but it seems SF is a type of HIIT in and of itself.
I've searched the boards a bit but had a hard time finding a simple answer. What would you all recommend? For the HIIT I'm thinking of a variation of wind sprints, biking, elliptical, etc., but all 'cardio' HIIT.
