Hi everyone,

i am 25 years old,male, ht 5'11, wt 180 ibs.

I am not very athletic. I recently saw some videos on you tube of calisthenics and well i want to do all that cool stuff, be healthy and strong. So today It seems like a good day to start!

I started on level 1.

D1-20 rounds.

there came a time where I could not pick my self up on a pull up, so I jumped and did a negative instead, hope its ok.

Total: 6:38

D3: 7:13

I had problems with the pull ups most of them were negatives.
I did 15 pushups non stop then went to 20 and finally finished the last one
Squats had no problem with it.
Week one done :)

Welcome to SF R4fF13. Nice start on L1.
Don't worry about subbing with negatives, it's perfectly legit. Besides, we all had to start somewhere :)
