I am not very athletic. I recently saw some videos on you tube of calisthenics and well i want to do all that cool stuff, be healthy and strong. So today It seems like a good day to start!
I started on level 1.
there came a time where I could not pick my self up on a pull up, so I jumped and did a negative instead, hope its ok.
