I just meant that I was *close* to getting the rhythm, but not completely. Still a bit jerky and eventually after just a few the whole thing breaks down.
Kipping is just using your whole body to get the pullup in a faster interval, thus creating more power and making the exercise into a much more full-body intensive workout.

Fri, June 1, 2007 - Stage 3, Day 1: 16
- Absolutely exhausted. Went as hard as I could but just couldn't get to my goal of 1/min
- Tired because 35'C heat is really draining energy from me at work (I'm a parks worker) and at sports (1.5hr soccer practice last night and 1.5hr soccer game tonight). Legs just feel like they're useless... should be a fun day at work tomorrow.
