Hi everyone. Dont know if i will get replies and how long i will keep this up as i have always not been able to meet my goals. I believe that SimpleFit will help me. I found this site through

I have in my home a gym mat and a set of gymnastic rings to do my pull ups. My wrists were injured so i had problems doing pushups since about 8 years ago. Ive been motivated to do calisthenics but it looks so complicated and stuff and then i found this site and after day1 i can already understand what this is about. Its about basically doing intense but simple body training pushing yourself to the limit each time. The 20 minute training really trains endurance and stamina. Will come back daily to post. Dont know why "compare results" doesnt work. I downloaded the app for android its really neat. I wish this site all the best.

on the same day i decided that lvl1 day 3 was easy enough to accomplish so i did it and got a 2minute 41 second score

Its been erm 4 days i think.. currently at lvl 2 day 3 . Suprisingly managed to do 11/13 pullups 24/26 pushups and all 36 squats. So.. back to training for another 3 days and see what happens >.<

Great start! Welcome to simplefit. I think you are right about the essential character of it. It requires limited focused time and keeps you motivated to push for the time goals. Good luck!

Ive had exams etc etc.. and gradually got tired of posting online but ive been consistent with the simplefit application on my android mobile.

Currently this is my 3rd and a half week.

i am able to do Level 3 day 1 = 27 rounds

My Muscle Strength and endurance level is currently able to do 34 pushups 14 Pull ups and i dont really count my maximum squats but Squats have been no problem for me thus far in the workout program

I need to work on my pull up strengths for me to advance to level 4. which should take about 10-14 days.

I mainly use simplefit to track my fitness progress. At the same time i do alot of freeweights while watching drama series. With relative ease i can max out 14 bicep curls with 10kg. As for triceps i dont really keep track but as long as there is overall progress i am fine with it. Thank you Creator of simplefit and Cheapo as well as other members of the community for support.

Here i am back again.. Most of the time i do SimpleFit as a form of cardio/exercise and i do about 15-20 minutes of free-weights after. I am too darn lazy to actually run. I havent actually gained any visible strength since my last post. I actually did worse i think it was due to the fact i was bloated when exercising. On a level 3 day 3 i only managed to pull off 25 pushups and i was so darn tired i couldnt go any further.

Anyways. I went from 136.6 pounds to 133.6 pounds. I usually take the Normal reading, without too much food and or water in my body so as to be consistent. I believe i have lost 4 pounds of fat and gained 1 pound of muscle. I am EXTREMELY happy with my results. I think i should be able to reach my goal of losing an additional 7 pounds by September 1st wont be out of reach. 6 pack here i come.

So far all i have been doing is cutting my diet in half because i am asian, we dont eat alot of meat but we eat alot of carbs in the form of noodles and rice so i cut that down to 1/4th the amount i usually eat. I always calculate an estimate of 1000 calories per day. MY basal metabolic rate is 1500.

What i have been doing is eat 1 or 2 small meals or just 1 large meal. For some reason my stomach can now cope with this. If i am really really hungry ill make a peanut butter on a cracker or biscuit. I always make sure i Bloat myself up with alot of water throughout the day so that i only eat whatever i actually need to eat. These are appetite suppresants

I take dark chocolate in EXTREMELY MINISCULE AMOUNTS (about 100 pieces each about the size of an ant) i basically crush a piece of small choco into 100s of pieces. I eat 1 piece and savour it. then i eat the next. It can last for about 2 hours while watching my drama series or whatever. The only reason i do this is to satisfy my cravings for sweet stuffs. And dark choco is supposed to have Appetite suppressant properties as well.

Welcome to Simplefit.
I agree that Day one is cardio.
Going top speed for twenty minutes gets the heart pumping.
Make sure you put rest days between work outs.
It is even more important with the additional 15 - 20 minutes of free weights.

It has been a LOOONG time since i last updated. Alot of it due to dating this girl and its been seriously tough. Seeing a girl with heavy emotional baggage takes alot of money and time and effort on you. LoL... Sigh... Uni has started last month and i havent done anything at all either. Only seeing a girl trying to change her. Why i fell for her i have no idea.

Okay enough ranting and talking about unrelated stuff. I hurt my shoulder and cant do any shoulder training =( . God knows how long it will take to heal if it ever does cuz i dont seek treatment and the problem has actually always been there just that i accidentally went overbored on the shoulder training that it just went wrong... Ive been weighing myself regularly though i havent been working out and dieting properly due to the girl consistently asking me to eat... In any case i had some gains in terms of strength.. though visibly nothing has changed since my previous post.

I managed to complete level 4 day 3. The very last pullup was tough and didnt go all the way but i didnt care as i did 16 all in 1 go.
Time was 3 minutes 40 seconds. I went all out with no rests. except for some 3 second breaks while doing push ups

Currently i can max out a total of 37 or maybe 40 pushups if i wanted to as well as 16 pullups.

Until now no difference.. but current weight is 130pounds. just finished 26 reps of day 1 lvl 4
