Hi there!! I'm Altair 29 years old. today I started doing the simplefit workouts.
My goals are:
1- losing weight.
2- being in the best shape of my life.
So here is my log:
20 rounds in 20 mins
For pull-ups I did 02 rounds with wide grip then normal normal grip till round 10 then I alternated chin-ups/pull-ups with different grips.
N.B: it was more difficult to me doing pull-ups/chin-ups than doing squats/push-ups
