Hey folks. I'm going jump on this Simplefit train. A little about myself:
Size: 5'10'', 175lbs
Location: New York City
Other Exercise: Ashtanga yoga ~3x/week for the last couple years. So far it seems like that has been helpful for pushups, but not so much for pullups or squats. Oh well!
Progress this week:
L2D1: 24 rounds
So I'll be starting level 3 this week, and I'll likely be stuck there for a while. So far pushups were no problem, I've been messing around with pullups without a progression so those were at least ok, but the squats were agony since I've really never done one before. I almost screamed when I sat down later in the evening on D1. Excited to see how the progression goes!
