Starting Simplefit

Day 1 Level 1

Have to do modified pull ups using resistance bands I tied to my pull up bar. Seem to be going well. Pleased with my performance on Day 1. Looking forwaard to quickly moving through levels. Just wish there was someone to help me on form for pull ups and squats.

Fell off track with diet the last two days, got to get back on track!!!

I did my first un assisted pull up and two separate un assisted chin ups today!!!! Not part of simple fit exercises though. Developing blisters on hands due to pull up bar, hope it calluses quickly.

Just want to see how Simplefit balances with Armstrong pull up program

Level 1 seems pretty easy so far , will try Level 2 next week!

With your blisters and any pinching you might develop in the palm, start your grip in the fingers rather than the middle of the palm you will end up there anyway, and you wont pinch/ tear any calluses or blisters on the way thru as for blisters bit of chalk helps to soak up any hand sweat/ humidity that is around, blisters especially busted ones will severly hamper your efforts. Avoid at all costs.
