Fell off track with diet the last two days, got to get back on track!!!
I did my first un assisted pull up and two separate un assisted chin ups today!!!! Not part of simple fit exercises though. Developing blisters on hands due to pull up bar, hope it calluses quickly.
Just want to see how Simplefit balances with Armstrong pull up program
Level 1 seems pretty easy so far , will try Level 2 next week!
