Lvel 5, alternative workout (5 sets of 5 pullups 5 one arm pushups and 5 one legged squats) took me 10:25.

Level 5 day 3 (26/51/51) 8:27. I like the time but not the fact that pullups were almost impossible. Had to break them into sets of 3-4, and the last ones, into sets of 1. Pushups were tough too; broke them into sets as well.

level 5d dayn 1: 14 rounds. I'm probablly off by one round or 2, either up or down, not sure

level 5 day 3: I'm going to say between 9 and 10 minutes but that's a guesstimate, as my cell phone battery died while I was using the stopwatch.

Hard to say, Kevin. I begin posting my workouts on May 1 but I actually began level 3 about a week or 2 before that. It hasn't been as organized as I'd like it to be, but fortunately in 3 weeks my circumstances will change somewhat and allow me to be more organized

Hello hello. Been away for longer than I care to count due to a bad case of the flu and to a storm in exams and work... Today I decided to begin at the same level (5) day 2, but could only squeeze out 4 sets in 9 min 21 secs. I could've done the 5 th set (it would've taken an extra 30 min) but I decided not to push it too far on my first day back.

Level 4, day 3. 5:50. How stupid of me... Forgot to take the day off! I guess I'll rest tomorrow then.
