Fitnatic workout log

Last night I ran 4 miles on treadmill, took a cardio kickboxing class, 3 rounds of pull ups and dips 15 reps each, 100 sit ups on ball, 100 reverse crunch with ball, 100 bicycle ab work. used 15 pound free weights and worked shoulders and back a little also.

Back on Tuesday I did an interval on the treadmill and beat my 5k time to 21:26 13 seconds quicker than a couple of weeks ago. I am currently working out doing the crossfit stuff and will also incorporate some of the workouts here on this site. I really like level 8. I am pretty much into fitness all around.

saturday May 5

I ran on the treadmill for 40 mins 5 miles on 74 mph speed. Tried the Level 8 workout with everything being 50 each and it was a tough workout I must say. I did finish it and am a bit sore in my quads for sure. I loved it though, can't wait to do it again. I was going to do the crossfit workout from Friday and saturday but just thought I'd do these instead. Glad I did. I don't like lifting without a partner watching in case I have problems so I'll do them over the week.

Workout was really great today. I did my first 15 reps Barbell truster but using a 35 pound bar with 5 pounds on each side and 21 reps pull ups in a 20 minute time and did 8 1/2 rounds I got tired, that was a hard workout. Also ran 40 minutes-5 miles on treadmill since it's raining. I also taught aerobics class for the first time alittle step and cardio kickboxing. I did ok have to pratice though. I also worked my legs with one legged presses, 1 legged ham curls, leg extensions, hip abductors and dumpbell squats with a ten minute bicycle level20 ride. Ok this may be a little excessive but I love to exercise.

I did try some of those today and I couldn't do the l-shaped with legs straight out but I did do it with my knees up and it was hard. On the inverted pullups I just don't have the strength for that yet, but I will get it.
I did the crossfit workout today-run 10k and did it in 47:19
Did a few cross training workouts today and some ab workouts and had a great day today.

My workout today was:

Interval treadmill run 5k 21:17 I'm beating my time wach time
Total crossfit: 130 Sqats, Press 55 and Deadlift 161 that was my second time to do this and I am 22 pounds better than a month ago. I feel so much stronger and all around better. I love these workouts.
I worked some core today and glutes as well. Great exercise today.

Did the core workout May 23 5 Rounds

2 pull ups 6 push ups 10 squats and 15 plank which I held for a 45 second count

i finished in 7:16 it was an awesome workout. I lke this one and will be doing it again soon.

That sounds like a really good ratio

one time try subbing plank for l hangs or sits as well

I did Cindy's workout on CF May 24

how many rounds in 20 mins of
5 pull ups
10 pushups
15 squats

my rounds were 24 1/2 I was flying

Also my personal trainer made up a 300 workout and I also did that one with him
30 pullups
30 dips
30 situps
30 35lb front squats
30 walking lunges
30 30 lb lying leg curls
30 burpees
30 jump squats
30 squats
30 35lb high row

my quads were singing after this workout, I was actually crying and asking for help. It was an awesome workout

Plus I ran a all time record for me 5k in 20:29 the music I was listening to just made me go faster. I even beefed up my recovery time for 2 mins and beeffed up my fast time to 10.4.

I did the Crossfit workout yesterday
3 rounds for time:
50 wall ball shots and 500 meter row

I used a 10 pound ball was the only thing I modified and I did it in 16:24 that was the first time I used the rowing machine and I loved it. I'm so sore all over today.
