Day 1 - 20 rounds
Day 2 - 5 rounds including rest 9:14
Day 3 - 7:14

Week2 Workout1 - level6
Day 1 - 23 rounds
Day 2 - 5 rounds including rest 7:37

week2 workout 1 day2 I did improve over last week and feel pretty good, but after how hard this one seemed I wonder how much the pushups on day 3 are going to slow my time down... I seemed to recover fast enough but needed to take to many rest breaks for my liking.
