Level 3 day 1
did 25 sets and last week i did the same level and did 23 sets.just paced myself a little better this week,still tired at end but kept good form on pullups and didnt tuck my chin toward bar or jerk my body up.
Very pleased with this program.Thanks so much for all the work you guys do.It will help to have this workout with the baby coming to be able to do it in my home.
