L2:D2 - 8:30
Bodyrows at 25° (5° less than 2 weeks ago, my last l2d2)
Bodyrows/pushups/squats at 1/2 speed (if it took 2 sec a rep on d1, I would do it in 4 sec today)
3m30s rest between rounds (30 seconds less rest between each round than 2 weeks ago)

I almost don't even care about the time for Day 2. slow, strength training, time is only for rest. So much more gained when you are slowing it down.

Oh, walked 1.4 miles afterwards, now trying to do that almost every workout.

A walk to wind down, great stuff. Do you have some nice scenery, climate? Here in Illinois, we are battling some pretty stifling humidity. Haven't even taken the kids on our evening walks the past week.

I workout at a park with a path around the park (small rocks) which circles a man made pond. Here in CO there are a lot of 'open space' areas that are amazing. It's hot and low humidity here, but I do my thing around 6pm or before 10am (weekend).

W13,L2:D3 - 9:26.
This is the slowest time I've ever posted for L2. My arms were burned out, and it took almost 7 minutes to finish the 39 bodyrows @ 25°. Pushups required one break, squats straight through. I'm guessing the following factors contributed:
    - Slept 7 hours, not well, because I ate too much at a buffet wedding last night and the kitten was a brat.
    - Only 40 hours since my D2 workout, when most of the time I have 64 hours.
    - I walked 2 miles to the workout, and then 2 miles afterwards. (I think this had little effect, but I did it to help burn off dinner calories).

So Tuesday we go again with L2:D2 and week 14. Here is hoping for 25 rounds. 1 Week until 'my first pull-up' test, and 2 weeks till I try again, but on video.

I'm in a quoting mood currently:

Ok, so the rest of the day my left upper arm muscles really started to ache (yes Kevin, I tried ice). I took 2 ibuprofen before bed to help me sleep. It still aches today. I think I'll be taking this week off of upper body, and just walk instead. I'll make week 14 start next week to give my body some time.

L2:D1 - 23 rounds
After a week off for an arm muscle injury, I was a bit hesitant, so that and a sudden doubling of kids halfway through reduced me by 1... I'll get there. Oh, and my lungs hate Day 1... I've upgraded from dislike. ouchies.
Good news though, I found a regular tennis partner! Saturday's for tennis now, woohoo!

W14,L2:D2 - 9:22
Super slow as per usual. The last round I had to speed up the bodyrows however to get through them. Felt my core work during the pushups. I did do it all with 3 minutes rest only. This is 2 minutes less resting than 2 weeks ago, and finally the time I wanted to be at.
4 days till I try a dead hang pull-up for the first time in 3 weeks, and that moment will be caught on video!
