W13,L2:D3 - 9:26.
This is the slowest time I've ever posted for L2. My arms were burned out, and it took almost 7 minutes to finish the 39 bodyrows @ 25°. Pushups required one break, squats straight through. I'm guessing the following factors contributed:
- Slept 7 hours, not well, because I ate too much at a buffet wedding last night and the kitten was a brat.
- Only 40 hours since my D2 workout, when most of the time I have 64 hours.
- I walked 2 miles to the workout, and then 2 miles afterwards. (I think this had little effect, but I did it to help burn off dinner calories).
So Tuesday we go again with L2:D2 and week 14. Here is hoping for 25 rounds. 1 Week until 'my first pull-up' test, and 2 weeks till I try again, but on video.
