L5 is real hard! I like the challenge though! I'd like to thank everyone for posting to my replies, the encouragement and tips keep me going ... Also, I LOVE the new graphing feature, totally awesome ... (I wonder if that is what Nike+ users experience? - it's kind of like a game!)

Anyway, today was L5D2, weighing in at:

I decided to do level 5 again, just to be sure I felt super solid ... which I didn't feel these last two workouts ...

So today was Level 5, Day 1. I made sure to do each rep slow and solid, like a tank. At the end of the workout, I was nowhere near as fatigued as I was last week and had much better pacing this time around.

L5D1 - 25 Rounds

Didn't lose any rounds either!

Good work. I understand the desire to wait.

L5D2 - 8:00

2 minutes slower than last weeks time, but I think this time was better utilized, I want to make sure I'm getting the most out of each rep

This week I decided to take the simplefit advice and do a few levels below my current this week. So level 3 it was.

It was strange because my body wanted to do more pull-ups than was required for that level, I was amazed at how easy it was. I thought I paced myself really well, and I wound up getting the same amount of rounds!

The end of the trip down memory lane. Level 3 is now complete (...again!). It's nice to go back and just lay waste to your old scores (which didn't happen to me, but man were they easier). This level felt like child's play, well... a little harder than child's play (no offense to people on level 3 right now, it was mighty hard when I did it the first time)

I am indeed moving on to Level 6!! I was able to maintain the same momentum the entire time, which makes me feel very good.

Still trying to work on getting a solid diet going. I'm eating well, but I haven't locked down a routine/schedule yet. Been reading a little and got a book (the Abs Diet), so we'll see how it goes.

L6D1 - 25 Rounds

P.S. Thanks for the compliments on my website!!
