Ok tough workout today.
only used 7.5 lbs. instead of 10 for the pullup. Had a tough time hanging onto it. Weighted vest will be less distracting
Did the squats as a snatch with the 20 lbs. wallball/slamball
last two sets I was unable to get the 4th pull up with the weight. Chin was like 1/2 an inch from the bar. So I did a bodyweight pullup for each.
Pretty dam exhausting. Time got screwed up cause I had to talk to a patient (priorities first heh).
So 16:22 total minus the 12 minute rest between. I figure I lost about 4-5 minutes handling the call. All is good.
Didn't hurt wrist which is very good. Was a little worried about that.
