Odd cause I felt pretty good but didn't make it beyond the 20 last time. Oh well. Try harder next time.

Did pushups with legs elevated on chair.
1st 3 rounds of squats with 20 lbs wall ball.

Thanks! Doing pretty good I think. And I feel good. Made a mistake yesterday. Strained my wrist while doing the elevated pushups. So I may have pushed too hard

Was kind of weird though. While I was seeing patients today I was thinking about how I may have screwed myself on the workouts and was kind of rotating my wrist. had a sudden crackin of the bones like you do when you pop your back. Immediately felt better.

So I think I displaced one of the wrist bones. Still sore but not as bad. Hopefully Friday will be good to go. Going to do the standard stuff and cushion my hands as I'm working on concrete until I can get my mats.

Thought I would beat my last score. Instead im up over 15 seconds. Not sure if it was the fear of the wrist strain but I thought I was cruising along pretty good. Guess not...

Oh well gonna keep pluggin.

Wrist did okay. Still a little sore but nothin major. Using mats now instead of hard concrete.

Little run today with some 440's. bout 92 degrees.

1.5 miles 13:58 (can't seem to beat the 13:00 mark i came so close to before)

440 - 44 seconds
440- 42 seconds

didnt want to get too crazy on the 440's. Running it on asphalt and I still feel weak with the run. So might try to slow build with these or incorporate another way. We shall see.

Ok did the workout challenge I proposed. Too tired to do the 20 minute L4D1. I'll see how I'm feeling later. I might try to do it.

intervals today. Essentially ran for 1.5 miles increasing pace at intervels to about 80-85 percent then slowing long enough to feel comfortable and repeat.


Still gonna do L4D2 later.

Ok tough workout today.

only used 7.5 lbs. instead of 10 for the pullup. Had a tough time hanging onto it. Weighted vest will be less distracting
elevated pushups
Did the squats as a snatch with the 20 lbs. wallball/slamball

last two sets I was unable to get the 4th pull up with the weight. Chin was like 1/2 an inch from the bar. So I did a bodyweight pullup for each.

Pretty dam exhausting. Time got screwed up cause I had to talk to a patient (priorities first heh).

So 16:22 total minus the 12 minute rest between. I figure I lost about 4-5 minutes handling the call. All is good.

Didn't hurt wrist which is very good. Was a little worried about that.
