bit too easy, added speed at 0.5 intervels as incline decreased in increments. if ever repeated probably need to go lvl 9 or 10

Screwed this up today. hurt left wrist when I started thrusters. stopped reduced weight to 80 lbs. got mad stopped altogether. I completed the 1st round.

Only good news is I completed 20 reps of pullups deadhang without dropping off the bar. the anger helped but I gave up. Too much stress going on to concentrate effectively on my workouts which makes me angrier. sigh...

did squat snatch incorrect. supposed to lift from ground and go into squat. I was standing doing a clean pretty much.

Went bouldering yesterday. Place was packed and couldn't hardly climb anywhere but was workin a V2 and fell backward injured left thumb. can't really do pushups or pullups or even hold any amount of weight at the moment so worked on running today.

unsure of distance on row. I equated to 1/4 mile run. I can sprint approx 1:15 1/4 mile on treadmill so rowed 1:15 sprint.

completed at 95 lbs.

hurt shoulder again 2 days ago. been nursing it and wanted to see how I did today. Had pain right off the bat but nothing that seemed to be causing injury. just the typical pain I always have when working out.

severe pain left wrist on front squats. really wanted to do this correct but by 3rd set was just unable to squat there was so much pain. moved to back squats. Wrist is still hurting. More of a flexibility issue I believe than a sprain.
