Morning Glories 5 x 10 35 lbs

Did 3 sets of burpees then started morning glories alternating exercises until all sets complete

deadlifts were pretty easy today. thinking I need to reset my maxes and do a restart.

1/2 mile run lvl 7 was completing in approx 4:17
5 pullups
5pushups
50 squats

was supposed to be muscle ups but I dont have a way to even attempt them in my little gym. So put in 5 pullups and 5 dips but forgot I should have been alternating pullup and dip so basically did 5 pullups then 5 dips, then squats, etc

messed up because i didnt start the clock at start but time was 22:53 + however much time it took to do a round of pullups and dips.

body rows 5x10 (was going to do sets of 20 but I was struggling to complete 20 reps on first set so did a drop down)

Assisted dips 5x20 (1st 3 were 70 lbs assist, 4th was 80 lbs assist, 5th was 100 lbs assist)

assistance workout turned out to be more of a burnout set than assistance.

2.9 miles 31:34 (I should have ran this at an 8 min mile pace completing less than 24 min but for some reason I get wiped about a mile into it. I'm not sure the crossfit theory that long endurance will naturally apply as you do the program. The one difference here is that there are several steep hills and the first one whoops me at the start. After that I'm just struggling to finish.)

1st round treadmill 3:23
2nd round treadmill 3:40
3rd round failed

fatigue was just too much, I got so winded trying to maintain the level of difficulty I just couldn't continue without slowing down which I don't want to do for these sprints. I figure if I cant complete at that level I will stop and next time try again.

Sick with stomach virus. was deload week so basically did nothing for the rest of the week. 1 rep maxes today.


Deadlift 295 lbs baseline = 270 lbs
Squat 235 lbs baseline = 211 lbs
Bench 215 lbs baseline = 195 lbs
Press 120 lbs baseline = 110 lbs

really bugs me that my squat and bench are so close together

stomach bug this morning pretty much killed the workout so gave up.
Began this week under the premise of new maxes and a reset. However, I think I may be lifting too heavy to actually complete the rounds. Unsure because of all the stress for the last two weeks, lack of sleep, and stomach problems today.
