played 18 holes of a par 3 golf course. Rules were you had to sprint to ball and however many strokes over par you had to do the equal number of pushups. On the last 9 holes you just had to do as many pushups as it took to get it in the hole. Was 90 something degrees, and we were lucky we didn't get heat stroke. Oddly enough my golf game improved by a large margin doing it this way.

Screwed the pooch on the workout this morning. Im a little pissed off. Todays workout was
AMRAP 20 min
200 meter run
5 pullups
8 pushups
12 squats
Like a dumbass I proceeded to start doing 24 may's workout for some reason so completed
1/2 mile run
10 pullups, 16 pushups, 24 squats
1/2 mile run
which was an incorrect version of 24 may so I don't have a f'n clue what I was thinking. Then I started back on what was supposed to be todays workout and completed 2 rounds of the AMRAP. Also f'd up the clock and started it sometime after the run and in the middle of the pushups, so no clue as to how much time i took to do all that.
