started well, grip went to crap quick, and messed up the double unders, had to switch to singles because I just couldnt get any DU's going.

This was harder than I thought. could only get 27 max on pushups and 6 on towel pullups. no idea

Then we did thick grip pullups where you pullup then 5 seconds to go down, if you complete 5 reps you do 5 seconds to go up. only completed 4 reps
Then did a pullup in top position holding chin over bar as long as possible. could only get 32 seconds.

6 ring dips (5 sec up 5 sec down)
30 sec wall squats
6 pullups (5 sec up 5 sec down)
30 sec row position
30 sec plank

then

AMRAP 10 min
10 tuck jumps
15 pushups
20 situps

its scary how quickly I hit failure on the dips and pullups. The AMRAP was 4 rounds + 10 pushups. pretty much right at the brink of complete failure on pushups. Completely rubbed raw the middle of my back and butt doing the situps.

-record lowest number achieved- I got a whopping 7

Honestly this was the hardest workout Ive done in a long time. I was the last guy done in the class and the coach started the squats within 3 minutes of me finishing so very difficult.

Count total reps for each round, dont count row position or squat hold. Bear crawl is counted as a rep for each time right hand hits the deck.

Coach pushed us pretty hard on this. Honestly didn't believe I would increase my reps. The guy I was teamed up with had just completed 8 rounds of boxing. Not sure how he got through it.

unusual workout today, it was kind of a split routine, we teamed up in pairs and did three stations alternating two exercises.

Heavy ropes- continue until partner completes 30 hand release pushups
hand release pushups
2 rounds

then

Row continue until partner completes 30 wall balls
30 Wall balls (20 lbs)

then

Farmers Walk (used 2 40 lbs bags) continue until partner completes 30 Burpees
Plate burpees (15 lbs)

total time unknown but my son pointed out we didn't complete last set of farmer's walk/burpees, didn't realize it until after we got home. Also only completed 20 burpees on first set. I could barely lift plate overhead.

50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

50 Double unders

woot as Rx'd did everything took 42:38 but I completed. Only thing is I did 4 singles for every double under until about rep 35 then did 1-2 singles for every doubleunder.

*edit* just to clarify, I did 50 double unders but for every double under I completed I did 4 singles in addition to that until about rep 35 then 1-2 singles with every double under. So I completed approximately 160-170 singles and 50 doubleunders.

very odd because I did same run a week or so ago, beat it this time by 7 seconds, however, last time I walked a good 500 yards. Should have been faster this time by a wider margin.

then

squat 105 lbs at 5x10
ab wheel 5x10

only completed 3 sets of the 105 lbs squat and 2 of ab wheel (as wendler says its assistance, it don't F'n matter)

beat thursday's by a good 7 minutes. Difference here is that I got a severe cramp in my left calf as soon as I started double unders and ended up doing 100 singles on my right foot.
