4 rounds FT

HR PU 10
GHD bench press 45 lbs plate 20
KTE 25

I did crappy at this. kept losing count of where I was, how many reps, and the kte were just ridiculous I was basically just doing knee raises midway through 2nd set. Tore calluses again. Can we say frustration?

NADA for other work.

You would think after all these weeks of lifting my strength would be going up not down but I could not get the 185 lbs up. Being sick took more out of me than I thought I guess.

I don't even know what all those abbreviations mean, but the mere fact that your workout log goes on for 41 pages is an inspiration to me.

Hey thanks, I'm shocked every time I look at it too. With all the issues I've had and personal problems its a wonder I've even continued. My quote is my mantra and I think it helps to believe in it.

as far as all the abbreviations go I apologize. I don't often think about how other people are looking at it and may not get my weird scribbles. Essentially almost all abbreviations are Crossfit stuff:

HRPU= hand release pushups
KTE= knees to elbows
SDHP= sumo-deadlift high pull
GHD= glute ham developer
BPU= burpee pull up

Losing my Crossfit gym soon which I'm pretty upset about. So another issue to deal with in the quest for fitness. Not sure what I'm going to do yet as my Wendler workouts take place at my job and I'm changing that too. Hopefully, the place I'm going to has a decent gym otherwise I'm gonna have to make my own.

Tabata 8 rounds each exercise 20 seconds on 10 seconds off

Push press 45 lbs
ring dips

Having come off this illness I thought today I would push myself as much as possible. Unfortunately I can't remember the counts. I believe the score is supposed to be calories burned on row and lowest rep for each exercise but unsure. Anyway, had a problem with ring dips as someone put the latch bar on the strap on backwards and it kept sliding down as I was doing dips, decided to do pushups got two round of that and noticed the advanced guys were doing box dips so joined them on that. The L holds I can't do due to a flexibility issue and core strength so I did knee-up holds first on parallette bars then pullup bar.

Then as a finisher we did 1/4 Angie. Essentially 25 reps of

completed 3:30 but I cheated and failed to do 7 of the pullups. I could have completed them but was intimidated by the fact the other 3 guys were smoking me so hard. Shouldn't have let that get in the way but it did. pretty tough workout overall.

Wendler R3w1d12 (need to fix days, ive messed them up)
OH press

95x5+ (7)
did this one hour before crossfit so didn't do any assistance work

Rx'd is Snatch 30 reps at 135 lbs. I was concerned because when we did the Snatch Ladder I could only get 75 lbs. for 4 reps which seems an abysmal number to me for the weight. But thinking I was going to have to do 30 reps I went to 65 lbs thinking that would be hard. Turned out it was way to easy so I must have screwed up the Snatch Ladder. completed this in 3:53 barely broke a sweat.

Then we did battle ropes essentially it was 2 minutes of 30 second rounds one after another of
jumping jacks

This was hard. Somehow I smashed my thumb doing this. I have no idea how.

Then we did tire flips. Not a bad night. Only a week of Crossfit left with the main trainer. sigh...

Press 90x3

grip still a big issue with deadlift, but I'm noticing some trepidation as the weight goes up. Not sure if I'm scared of getting hurt or just downright failing.
