Hello everyone,

Newbie here. I don't really start till Monday but I did a test run Friday. Wanted to make sure I was prepared when Monday hits. Realized a few things:

1. I need a good stopwatch that is loud enough for me to hear it.
2. I have to rebuild my pullup bar. the quickcrete I used didn't set right and one of my posts became unbalanced!
3. My neighbors can watch me off their back porch and they think I'm crazy. Woo hoo!

Anyway I completed L1D3. First step taken.

If the neighbors think you are crazy it is a sure sign you are on to something good.

OKay Day one Level one or L1D1. got my boys to play so it was interesting. we added 10 second planks to the end of it. I was suprised how hard they got for 220 seconds of work.

Me- 22 rounds

Son 1- 17 :o

Son 2 - 29

One pullup bar made it interesting but we didn't run into each other too much. Didn't plan on trying too hard but I got competitive with the younger one. Little soandso beat me!

Great stuff! Prepare to be sore, but don't worry it will pass after a couple of weeks.

Ok rough day on the job. Stress was way too high.

Had to run some of it off. So I did a slow run 1.5 miles in 15 minutes.

Pretty suprised how sore I've got since that run heh. Ah well, what doesn't kill me...

4 min 57 seconds

had some trouble on the pullups in that I had to kip on the last few but pretty easy. going to finish out on Friday and prbly move up a level or two. Think I'd like to see me around the 15-20 minute mark with D2 and D3 when my body is warmed up well enough.

L1D3 = 3:20 seconds

Pullups were difficult. Couldnt complete 10 straight. 7 years no training went from 15-20 to 10 :x . Anyway, my muscles are gettin prepped and I wanna avoid injury so I'm going to go up a level each week till it takes about 15-20 minutes.

Added some L's on the very end of it for core work. 3 10 second rounds with 10 second rest intervals. abs and back definitely need some training. I like your idea of the core work with the workouts. What do you think of Planks on D1, situps D2, and L's D3?

Too much work Friday. Standing call. Dying to work out outside but raining. Found a significant challenge for the grip. Doing it while its wet is tough. Anyway here is L2D3.

Gonna go down a level for next week. Then go up another I think to L3.

Came home last night and the airconditioning was broke. Spent most of the night trying to fix that. Basically I wussed out on the workout. Going to do L1D1 today and L1D2 tomorrow since its a light week.
