DAY 1 LEVEL 5

Wow tough workout today I moved up from level 4 to level and what a difference.I did 17 sets at level 5 as aposed to 22 sets in level 4.
Did my 10km run this evening and quads felt tired after all the squats.
Hope my legs feel better tomorrow before my 14km run.
