Try increasing the rest interval it may help you get more overall just experiment.

Thanks Kevin, I am treating Day 1 as more of an endurance day but will definitely take longer rests as needed for the other two days.

L1D2 5 rounds in 4.54

Could just eke out the 6 pushups in a row, on my knees, with good form. Guess its going to take me a while to get to full pushups.

3.40 30 sec rest between each 7 pushups

Going to lose the timer and focus on form for the next three workouts, for my active rest week.

Ok had my rest week. I've been quite sick with the flu so rest week came at a good time for me. I ended up just doing a handful of pushups 3x day for 5 days or so. Still can't do even one proper one - trying not to feel discouraged.

So today I was due for L1D1 but I am still feeling pretty crappy so I endup up just doing 10 rounds, 1 each minute then spent the rest of each minute blowing my nose :lol: I was going to take a 3 min rest break then try another ten rounds but I decided not to push it.

Doing something is not quitting! Adding a day or two to a rest week when you are sick is probably better than pushing it...

Keeping active (just walking around and going outside) will do you some good, but rest is so very important. Can't wait to see what you do when you get better! :D

Did 6x jumping pullups per round for a change
pushups on knees

Followed it up with 1/2 hour of DDR afterwards.

did 30 bodyrows, 21 pushups on knees brief rest 6,5,5,5, 21 squats.

Need to play around with the body rows a bit to find something to stand on that puts me at the right level.

L1D1 - 20 rounds

Ok finally found a desk the right height for body rows puts me on about a 45 degree angle and feels about right for 3 to 1 subs. So I'll leave it in the hallway under my pullup bar until hubby gets sick of it and makes me shift it LOL.

So today I did 1 round per minute (total 20) of 3 body rows, 3 push-ups, 3 squats (easy to remember :)) I tried various different pieces of furniture for my pushups, I want to do straight leg but can't do them on the floor yet. Finally settled on a wooden toy chest that is about the right height.

VBM's motto of strength before strength endurance finally sank in with me so 1 round per minute worked well, gave me time to try different angles and 20 secs or so rest between rounds. Will probably do this again next week for Day 1.

Also did in excess of 1.5 hours on Dance Dance Revolution, about to go back out there and play again :) Got 2 nephews here for a few days and we are all having a ball with it.
