L1D2 5 rounds of 4.38 minutes
5 bodyrows at 25°
5 pushups onto 12" step
5 one legged squats on each leg.
Also did a 30 sec plank after each round and took 5 mins between rounds for DDR
My pushups onto the step are still a little dodgy, but they're improving and at least I can do 5 in a row now without danger of faceplanting onto the step

Its my off day and I am planning on resting up because I'm a bit sore from that tabata run but now I feel like going to do something just so I can come back here and get another pat on the back

30 bodyrows at 45° (10,10,5,5)
63 pushups - knee height (6,6,6,5,5,5,5,5,4,4,4,4,4)
Raised my handles back up so I was doing bodyrows at 45° again, I had lowered them down to about 25° over the last few weeks. I want to focus more on improvement in the pushups and at the moment one seems to cancel out the other. So the last few weeks, for day 3, I've done pushups with my hands on a desk at about mid thigh. Today I moved down to knee height - much tougher.
So my time went back up a couple of minutes but the workout was harder from me so thats ok. I know I'm babbling a bit here but because I'm mixing things up so much I need to start taking good notes for my reference.

I think it's really good to experiment like that. Trade one for the other, then back...
Have you tried focusing on one during rest weeks?
