Day 1 Level 5 but I messed it up. I did 10 squats per round instead of 6. I was able to do 13 rounds. I cant do too many straight up pullups. So I did jumping with as slow and resisted negatives as I could. About around round 4 I had to move to my knees for pushups. Squats were a breeze.

Great work! Remember not to got to failure always stay 1-3 under especially with negatives.
