Good job!

I am considering this program c25k with you as my inspiration!

I'll wait and see what happens to you first. HA - just kidding.

Running is difficult for us taller and heavier people. I used to really enjoy running tho'

At least you can do dead hang pullups. I still can't... still sticking with body rows. :(

You're doing great! If people want to laugh, just let them, you still benefit.

Waaah! I don't wanna play anymore....

Simplefit Week 6 Level 2 Day 1 (W6L2D1): 3 body rows, 3 pushups, 4 squats REPEAT UNTIL 20 minutes.

25 rounds. That's up two rounds from the last time I did this one, which wa itself up two from the previous time.

I'm feeling it in my arms, that's for sure.

Observation: I sweat a LOT. I guess that's good... the Rogue Warrior always said "The more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in the field."

Whew!

God I came so close to quitting.

Another observation: I started jotting down the times that I completed a group of five rounds. 3:45, 6:39, 10:26, 14:37, 19:12

If you sleep sleep 8-9 hours a night, bet you drop fat in your week off. Strange but true.

Yeah - weather's been bad here in N.Alabama. Went from drought to several rainy days in a row - enough to bring out any aches and pains from the past.

Enjoy a well deserved rest - you've been hard at it man.

Back after a week off. Feel no better. Depression is a bitch, I think. I was luicky to even be able to finish.

3 body rows, 3 pushups, 4 squats REPEAT UNTIL 20 minutes.

I got 21. I should have gotten 25. I feel no better after a week off. I feel as if I'm circling the drain.

At least I completed it, though.

I stepped back for 1 week, brought me down... but the next week I really felt better about it all and my performance. Hell, I even set a goal! Work through it, we're here for ya.

Depression is indeed a bitch, but you must not surrender to it. Only way to beat it (that I know of) is to get up and out there. The couch is the killer here, believe me, passive rest won't get you anywhere.

My meds have been working for a long time... it just seems that here lately they've stopped.

I get to run tonight after work. Whee.

Talked to Miss Navy some more last night. Things are really moving along between us. She leaves for boot camp in a couple of weeks, and when she's out we can start seeing each other again without any interferance from her family.

W6 L2D2. 9 body rows 8 pushups 13 squats 5 times for time, 3 minute break in between each round.

5:19.

I'm also a behind in my running. Since this is such a light day, I'm going to go ahead and get back on track with my running program.
