Yeah, I plan on keeping running. Simplefit is making me stronger and giving me muscles (ME of all people! With a chest!), and I think that the running is shrinking my belly.
I don't know what is up with the 3 minute barrier. I think it's mental. I believe that my body has the capability of doing the job, but the problem is that my mind is getting drug along for the ride as an unwilling participant. I don't think my body is bothered very much by the pain and fatigue, but my mind is like "Noooo! Wanna STOP!!!!! THIS SUCKS!!!!!!" So my brain is doing all SORTS of bargaining, trying to get me to stop with the running and just walk. "We'll make it up later... c'mon, just run to the next mailbox and then we can start walking again, okay? What's the rush?" That sort of thing.
