Bigape workout log

An injury with complications caused me to take a break from working out. Now I'm back into it after a year and I decided to go with bodyweight workouts. I'm going to start at the beginning, so yesterday I did L1D1 and got to 31. I'm happy with that start but look forward to improving on it.

I'm going to move to level 2 to this coming week. Overall I'm happy with my first week numbers. Can't wait to see how I do on the next level.

L2D1 28 rounds.
About half way through I started to feel that extra pushup each round. :)
I've set a personal target for myself of at least 30 rounds on day 1. So I'm going to repeat lvl 2 next week no matter what my day 3 time.

I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get it under 3 minutes. Since I'm repeating level 2 next week it gives me a second target for improvement. Well, on to day 3.

4:12 For the 3rd day I've fallen below where I wanted to be. No where to go but up.

L2D1 31 rounds
I'm very happy with this. I'll finish level 2 for this week and go to level 3. Hopefully the next 2 days show improvement over last week also.

Thank you. I appreciate the kind words. I read other logs and I have to say I'm very happy to be associated with such a hard working and supportive group.
I know it might sound a little corny, but there's just so much negativity on other sites that it's very refreshing here.
And the workouts remind me to stay humble. :wink:
