Judging by your time and some of the other times I've read from other individuals, I'd say go ahead and go to Level 3, and see how you do there. I think you could go straight to level 4, but my personal recommendation is level 3.

Thanks for the advice. I'll give that a try tomorrow.

I agree with Andy. Those are some VERY impressive stats.
Move on - we enjoyed having you here at level 1, but I guess it's "farewell." Maybe we'll catch you later on. HAHA!

sorry, been out of town for a tournament, but tried to stay at it. Didn't have a computer, and I forgot to check what level 3 day 1 was, so I did the following.
24 rounds in 20 minutes.
20 minutes on concept 2 rower

Level 3 day 2
5 rounds for time

Level 3 day 3
16 pullups ( 3 sets of 8,4,4)
the pullups were difficult, and my grip was not as good as I hoped. I wanted to split the pushups into two sets so badly because it really hurt at the end, but I made it.

Just remember, better to pause 30/60 seconds and finish with good form and comfortable, than to be barely finishing and not do a pause. None-the-less, excellent work!

Level 4 round 1
20 minutes of the following:
35 rounds + 2 pullups
haven't been on for awhile because we were in a tournament over the fourth of july. good to be back.

active rest day. 5000 meters on the rowing machine. planche and lever work. held my balance on the planche work much better today. held one position for at least 20 seconds (doesn't sound like much when it's written out like that, lol)

Nice job, plank is awesome.

Level 4 day 2
5 rounds for time:
4 pullups, 12 pushups, 20 squats
2:00 rest between each round. all sets unbroken.
