Great workout!

maybe its just me being odd but I kinda like day 1.. the 20 min really makes me work for it.. and its feel good :)

ps. going to the beach?.. wish it was me.. here its just raining and I have 150 pages of organisation analysism to read today :(

I work out in my garage. I use the breaks to clean up a little and tackle some of the other Honey-do jobs. Another reason my wife like me working out. :lol:

Taifun, exactly. I might have been able to do at least an extra round myself last time, if I could have just stopped asking for 10 more seconds of rest... :x

Boy oh boy, I was stiff today. I walked 18 km yesterday, part of which was up a mountain. That might be a factor. Although at the time, I thought, "Meh, it's just walking. It's pretty benign." Ha!

Needless to say honouring myself with a 1/2 hour stretch after I did my cardio and then simplefit was much needed and deserved.

I usually walk 5-7 km per day. Usually in flip flops. Usually to the beach. Or home from the beach. [Insert relaxing deep breath.]

yo, I just realized you're in Vancouver too! all this talk of mountains & beaches got me wondering...

keep up the good work; & if you're ever driving by a park somewhere and see some redhead dude doing real jerky-like pullups with a dog barking at 'im...stop & say hi!

Trying to visualize "shower stall poser ups." Are those push ups against the wall, with your feet a few feet away from the wall?

I refer you to my first and second, ever, log posts. Clearly somebody hasn't read my whole log. Geesh! What? You don't have the time. Guh. Printed media can be a bit funny, so I'm just going to clarify that I'm being cheeky and sarcastic. Don't hate on.

Ok so here's the deal. Bathtub. Check. Square frame that goes along the top edge of the tub, to either wall, up said walls, and then a cross bar along the top. Check. With in this structure are two tracks for two sliding doors. Check. When the doors are on opposite sides of the frame, one assumes that the water is not leaving the stall. Check. When the doors are on the same side of the frame, one can enter the stall. Check. But this positioning also exposes part of the top cross bar so that one may grab it and attempt a pull-up. When I am doing subs, I call them poser-ups. The top cross bar is by no means ideal as it is square shaped, and rather awkward to grab, especially for someone who is 5'2" with unporportionally small hands. But c'est la vis.
