Snap out of it - you! I need some banter!
Ever get in a bad mood and know your in it and knowing your in it only makes you more in it even if you want out of it and even if you know there's no real rational reason for it? Dang! I'm getting in a mood now - better stop.
Yeah, that's exactly what I've been going through the past week. Seems a bit better today.
Time is extremely short currently, but I've been gtg'ing push ups and dead hangs at every opportunity this weekend, hope I'll get back to the programme this coming week.

I'll teach you this one: If you smell trouble, run.

I'll be interested to see the results from your GTG.
Glad you're back in it!

yeah running should always be the first option.. good to have you back taifun

Ok, stumbling along slowly. No simplefit for a while, but fiddling about a bit with gtg.
Did a nice one during ma class tonight. Doing patterns, for every move we dropped and did a single push up. Fair enough for patterns with 19 moves, rather challenging when we get to the ones with 30-40...

Just as I was getting back into the swing I get hit with a virus that puts me completely out of action. I'm now officially sick of being sick.

Get well soon!

Lotsa liquids, you know the drill!

Yeah, I know the drill all too well. I just decided to **** with the drill, and figured I'd sweat the crap out. John Fogerty on as loud as I dared (baby asleep):10 minutes on the stationary bike, then a two-mile semi-intensive row, followed by some random play with dumbbells and other horseradish left a good sweat and a churning stomach. Going to take a shower now, hope I can get down the stairs without making a mess.

Sometimes working it out is the best choice - good luck!

So, back in the saddle. Since I'm chicken, I decided to pick up right where I left off, and did W5L1D3
30 body-rows: 15-11-4
21 push ups:12-5-4
21 squats: 21
A bit disappointed, and I've obviously regressed. Not looking forward to next D1

So it's been a grueling week, workwise and other stuff. I've been using the rower and the dumbbells, but no simplefit yet. Still have a heavy schedule the next few weeks, so we'll see how it goes.

Awesome Day 3 time! You thinking of moving up to Level 2? Might be what you need to push yourself onward.

I'm thinking about it, still don't have the dead-hang pull ups down though, but the volume of L2 might do me good. Wasn't happy with having to split rows and push ups into three sets though.
