Thanks Andy, I'll remember that for next week. I can see where that rest period is gonna come in handy on the higher levels.
Over 3 minutes of that was pullups, all of which were broken into singles. Pushups/Squats were no problem.
I'll move on to L3 next week. I was considering L4 but the pullups are really kicking my a** so probably better to progress one step at a time.
