L5D1 - only managed 21 rounds today. Feeling a bit worn down from the cold weather we've been having here.

L5D2

1:04/1:02/0:59/0:58/1:00 = 5:03

PR by 2 seconds, not bad seeing as I'm full of eggnog!

Nice!

Yeh I think L5 was a big turning point for me. I can't wait to get back at it again. Keep up the good work!

Thanks!

L5D1 - errrm only 8 rounds

Had to stop around the 6 minute mark, started getting a bugger of a headache. Probably thanks to sub par nutrition/hydration over the past week or so. Back at it on Thursday.

L5D1 - 20 rounds

Paced myself to one round per minute so no big surprise there.

Sore shoulder today so I skipped L5D2 and did 5 miles on the stationary bike. I hardly ever use the bike anymore but my previous PR was 18:25, today I hit it hard and finished in 18:18! A little more proof that simplefit works I guess!

It's nice to see someone on the same level as me logging. What's your breakdown for pullups and pushups on D3? I just got to L5 and haven't experienced D3 yet.

Funny you should ask because yesterday was the first day I've actually kept track in ages.

Pullups - 8-4-3-2-2-2-2-2-1
Pushups - 26-8-6-6-4-1
Squats - 37-8-6

As you can see my performance in each exercise dropped considerably after the first set so I think I may have been a little too close to failure.
